Tambaram West is a buzzing neighbourhood in the south-western part of the city of Chennai. Other than this, Central Warehousing Corporation godown, Indira Cotton Mills, Madras Institute of Technology and Thirumudivakkam SIDCO are also close by. Apart from businesspersons, the locality is also preferred by transit travellers owing to its closeness to the airport.

Not value for money because per day they have collected 2000 from me so not value for money
I had a wonderful stay it this hotel
We came here to attend a friend's wedding. The rooms were well maintained with good ventilation and the surrounding was also very calm and peaceful. The management was also very good and they were very down to earth people catering to our utmost needs. I appreciate their efforts in providing the best customer service. Wishing them all the best and would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Near to Tambaram Station. Rooms are compact and good. People in reception were kind to give one hour more to checkout. Bathroom was spacious but with heightened steps.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience related to my stay at your hotel. I tried calling the phone number provided in the reservation confirmation email to obtain the hotel’s location. Unfortunately, there was no option to address existing reservations. I had to select “new reservations” just to speak to someone and ask for the address. During this process, my call was disconnected three times. On the fourth attempt, I was kept on hold for nearly 40 minutes, after which I had to disconnect myself. This level of support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed that the bedsheets in the room were not clean. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall housekeeping standards. I expect better customer service and cleanliness, especially after making a confirmed reservation. I request that you look into these issues seriously and take corrective action to ensure such experiences are not repeated.
You can never get fooled than booking this hotel. Absolutely below 1000 rs hotel sold at 2500 online .. it’s not a hotel it’s like a hostel. it may be good for bulk bookings like marriage group with low cost
The worst stay for such a high price! We booked and payed for 3 person online, The moment we stepped in the hotel guy in the reception was like did they inform u about extra payment? And the he called an another person and asking him should we charge them extra? He repeatedly askd three times in the conversation.. restrooms beds and pillow’s weren’t clean! In the website it said Breakfast is free for three as we booked. But in the morning the hotel person voluntiraly came and said to us we will charge extra for break fast food! Any how we are not gonna have the food in the hotel because of unhygienic enviroinment . he was very keen and concentrated in charging extra from begining. As we were 3 person i asked for extra pillow and he gave an pillow which he was using to sleep. Very disgusting place to stay. I would rate -10 star for the stay and experience. It was not like a fab hotels stay in chennai. Its better not to prefer this hotel if you are going to chennai.
Horrible rooms, we were welcomed by cockroach which came out from behind cot. Then I got cockroach spray from reception and sprayed at corners since many were freely moving. Bedsheets and pillow cover was so much overused hotel people must see the color of bedsheets which turned into mud color. There was a water bottle given and if we want to refill, water is available in all the floors. Pls do not refill the water since a visible layer of fungus can be seen in water tank kept for refill. There were mixes reviews and the photos of the rooms were looking decent & hence booked the room, but it turned out to be a stay with disaster. Check the photos attached. We had taken 3 rooms and same condition in all 3 rooms. Lack of self responsibility & Govt control on cleanliness leads to this state of hotel.
last week unknowingly i booked room in this Hotel. Horrible hotel to stay. Book this only as a last resort. Not even complimentary water bottle was given, room full of cockroaches, nasty washrooms broken toilet seat, no intercom, no phone to contact reception also , even coffee/ Tea not available , no room service, no parking space, cleaning staff not available, very rude reception staff, they act as if we are asking room for free. they charge 25 rs for local brand water bottle which they get for 5 rs. all good reviews given by their own people. dont book here
