It is also a cultural hub of Chennai with a rich tradition of classical music and dance to its credit. All in all, Mylapore is a traveler’s paradise and some of the best budget hotels in Chennai are in this locality. Location wise good. 2 Walking distance to mall and 15 min to beach. Service wise they are really helpful. Issue is regarding cleanliness. There were mosquitoes in room. Budget wise, can be bit more clean. Service wise, they are really good.
I dint like the stay rooms were little dirty and the bed covers also looked dirty. We had issue with water flow in the bathroom which they couldn't fix inspite of complaining.
Dirty Bed Linen , Mosquitoes , Unclean Toilet seats , broken furniture, dirty Airconditioner eww..
Room was stinking
Horrible Booking experience, After making the FULL paytment on your website, I did NOT get any "Confirmation or BOOKING ID" even after amount was deducted from my Credit Card. I had to call 15 times, painstakingly after explaining to many people, I was repeatedly asked for the BOOKING ID, One person keeps on sending whatsapp messages asking me to pay "again" for the same stay, Another person keeps on sending emails also asking me to pay, even after sending screen shot of payment made, I got response "booking CANCELLED" AGAIN SOMEONE on whatsapp "ROYARUMITA490" 9289770237 says "from fabhotels Sir, if you have already paid...pls share screenshot with transaction id..." after sharing screen shot of payment made, she messaged "yes you have booked... Then again I got the email from "Dev Negi, Customer Delight Officer" as shared bellow !!! Believing this email, I went to The Hotel, To continue my disappointment I was informed That there is NO BOOKING in my Name ??? again I had to call THREE times from The Hotel and spoke to Poonam who asked me to BOOK again and adjusted my payment of 1277 and asked me to Pay an EXTRA 102, being the difference amount for "PAY AT HOTEL" I had paid 1277 as FULL PAYMENT FOR PAYING ONLINE WHILE MAKING THE BOOKING. So I had to make over 18 calls to 7042424242, many whatsapp messages to 9289770237, several emails to feedback@fabhotels.com and STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAT ONE HOUR AT THE HOTEL, AND FINALLY PAID EXTRA 102 AND THEN GOT MY STAY. BOOKING MY STAY WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
