The location is awesome, the room is good but the linen, towel quality and neatness need to be improved.
Booked a primium room with bathtub and they had given us deluxe room with a cheap category. Do not trust online booking.they all are just scam and when you complain they will reply to that we are not committed to give what you booked.
Horrible location to stay in. They have no proper parking space. They asked me to park my car on the road side and some one broke my cars back tail light. I am totally disappointed. I would never recommend the stay and the location. I would request a refund of the amount paid. To compensate the charges that will fit me replacing the back light of my car.
This is not a Hotel, Very worst Experience, Don’t Book this Hotel. Basically I am not write an review but particular this I am writing Review, Hotels like these tarnish Chennai's reputation. It is wrong to deceive people in this manner.
