This hotel is the absolute pits. total shambles. we arrived around 10.30pm and couldn’t wait to get checked in after a long day of travel. upon check in we were told they didn’t have our booking and they were full and we needed to phone fabhotels head offices (i think, i still don’t know who i spoke to on the phone). they agreed the hotel was full and they didn’t have confirmation of my booking. we continued to show and try explain to the reception team our booking confirmation email and how we had paid online. still nothing. no apology and certainly no offer to sort anything out. it was around midnight and we ended up getting relocated to a different hotel after i had been on the phone to my bookings agent, absolutely amazing place who couldn’t do anything more for us upon our arrival there.
