Couple friendly place, but in the room the tv was not working, the hall doesn't have an ac. Car parking is there. Service is descent. The place was very neat and tidy and the restrooms were neat stocked with body lotions and soap. Towels were also there. My only complaint is that the hall did not have an ac and tv's did not work. This place is somewhat difficult to find. If you are a couple, this place is somewhat safe and descent. For friends this place is highly recommended.
No proper Tv, and remotes were not working properly, no additional benefits from room like no smart Tv, no YouTube nothing. Looks like TV & AC are 10-12 years old, the floor is too sticky and didn't even mop, pillows are bad and dirty, i won't prefer if for my next stay. breakfast is good as well.
Average stay.. I booked deluxe but they offered me twin bed room and the bed size isn't for an adult at all.. So small in size.. Not at all a comfortable stay.. Also WiFi was not available most of the time.. Disappointed
Room & bathroom were neat and clean . I expected to have a smooth checkin but the caretaker denied checkin despite showing the booking confirmation and full payment done . Had to contact the customer care and was allowed inside only after 20mins of hassle early in the morning with family waiting.
No separate car parking facility. Only soaps were given. No paste, toothbrush, shampoo. Small room. Heater was not working. For the amenities provided, tariff is very high. Staff were cordial and helpful.
Very poor rooms for the cost paid. No lift at the hotel.. heater was not working.. hotel caretaker was very rude. We made our guest stay in the hotel and we felt embarrassed when they felt the room is not upto the mark. The room was filled with cigar smell ..
It is okay place for just spending one or 2 nights . No restaurants near by . good restaurant 3 kms away. only plus point is a tea coffee vendor opp the hotel and SAi Iyer bhojan which serves pretty decent Tiffin and Snacks and is open from 7 am to 3 pm and again 6 pm to 10 pm.
One of the worst experience till date. They charged 7k for a mediocre hotel which is not even worth 2k. They don't have their own restaurant. Breakfast is brought from outside and served. Bodywash was stinking. Room was average.
Miserable stay. Very rude behaviour by the receptionist, when we informed to the manager about the same, he was backing up. Host of the hotel is carrying most of his attitude, i can assure you that no one can find the hospitality by the staff, rooms are filled with millions of mosquitoes and they show the language barriers with other region people. We made a reservation for 2 rooms, rooms are very untidy. Check in experience was very bad, we reached the hotel around 2 o’clock clock in the noon and they provided us the rooms at a bad condition. When we highlighted the concerns to the host, he turned against to us in a rude manner. I feel like manipulating the reviews.
