1 AverageWell, it was a bad idea to book that hotel. there were a lot of spiders and mosquitoes in the bedroom. i didn't know if they changed the bed sheets or not. because i found many hairs. btw,thanks for the sleepless night. terribleArun, 18 Feb

1 AverageI copied from the previous review, the same i am about to share as my review.i recently had the misfortune of staying at the fabexpress earth hotel in chennai, and i'm compelled to share my disappointing experience. unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet my expectations in several areas, including: - unhygienic blankets with a strong unpleasant odor - mosquito infestation - cockroach presence - unsanitary walls stained with gutka - dirty and unkempt walls - uncleaned and unhygienic toilet facilities - polluted water even the ac was also not at all working to make matters worse, i had booked the hotel online, relying on the attractive pictures and the promise of breakfast, only to discover that they don't have a restaurant. when i requested a refund, it was denied. overall, my stay at fabexpress earth hotel was subpar, and i'm extremely dissatisfied with the services and facilities provided."Gobinath R, 9 Jan

3 GoodThe impression i had when booking was that of a hotel like ginger. but the act experience is of a lodge. the big surprise gaps 1. no intercom,2 no glass for drinking water, no drinking water , 3. you ad said no prepayment but the reception wanted me to pay even before check in, 4. bed sheets are too old. 5. tap in bathroom is not ok, 70% water get wasted as it doesn't fill in to the bucket. 6. no provision for complimentary or in house breakfast. 2 good things are it has a couple of good restaurant nearby & a famous murugan temple with in waking distance.A Kalyanaraman, 25 Aug
