    Dear fab hotels team i have booked a room with fab hotels on 14th oct friday around 10.30am. i reached hotel at 11.45am and while showing booking details the reception boy called the fab express blumoon manager and told we are not taking any booking from fab and we do not have any tie-up with fab. so i was asked to pay an amount of 1000 for getting a room. i hav called fab customer care and the lady on call was not responding to my queries properly and she spoke with the hotel manager spoke and situation became worse than before and disconnected the call. again i tried several times to call the customer service and calls wer not connected. and at last as i got connected i added the hotel manager also on call and if fab pays 300 rupee more they were ready to provide the room. customer service person gave the no of jayaprakash area manager fab and after he spoke the room was allotted. the allotted room was untidy, unhygienic and blankets were not cleaned, and it was a non a/c room eventhough i booked for an a/c room. again i spoke with jayaprakash and another room with a/c was allotted wich is clean to an extend but not fully. the photograph of that is attached with the mail. toilet was not cleaned an the human waste of previously used people were seen. i stayed for almost 3-4 hrs and as i got severe itching i checked out from there and spoke with jayaprakash and sent the photographs to him. jayaprakash has committed to refund the paid amount and assured to take action against the hotel authorities. i have cleared all the formalities with their hotel but still the booking is not closed or canceled (as of 15th early morning) which shows the pathetic situation of the hotel administration. kindly note that the assosiation with the hotels with poor service like this will surely affect the reputation and good will of fab group. we would not prefer fab next time due to this bad experience. hence kindly take my experience in consideration and do the needful for reimbursing my losses for the day. thanks and regards jinto joseph 09946999388

    Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

    The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

    Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

    Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
