My requirement was that AC should work and should get hot water with good water pressure. Both was met and I also got early check in. Overall satisfied. If I do a solo trip again and just need room to put luggage and rest for short while I'll book it again. PS: Actual hotel does not look any where close to the photos. Set your expectations based on room rent you are paying.

I have booked by looking on the image of tripple executive room with one queen bed and one single bed. While they given me executive room with only one bed and they told to call fab hotel . I call multiple times but no body picks so I have to pay and stay.

The hotel room was good, but the receptionists behavior was disappointing. He was not welcoming, stayed busy on a phone call while keeping us waiting, and even reacted angrily when I asked why an OTP was required from my side for checkin. He should have been polite and explained rather than shouting at the customer, too rude.

I’ve never written a review like this before, but my experience here was absolutely terrible. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room was filthy with stained sheets and a terrible smell, and the bathroom was barely functional. There were loud noises all night, making it impossible to sleep. Dirty rooms, rude staff, broken facilities, awful food, and zero customer care. Complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

This was the worst experience i have ever had. The room was poorly maintained, unclean, and uncomfortable. Basic expectations such as cleanliness proper facilities, and comfort were not met at all. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I booked and paid for a triple occupancy room (double + single bed) through Booking.com. The hotel confirmed this arrangement in advance. However, upon arrival, they informed me that no such room was available. I had to settle for a smaller room and even pay extra for it. Both the AC and the fan were extremely noisy, making it impossible to use either. There was no hot water throughout the stay. Fab Hotel’s customer care is also disappointing. They readily answer calls for new reservations but ignore or keep you on hold indefinitely for existing booking issues.

As you see in photo it's completely different when u go,rooms are not clean ,bathroom in pic they have posted top photo but reality is only one person can stand and not at all clean,and one major problem is there is a bathroom exhaust hole where there is no exhaust fan but it is connected to other rooms bathroom , so if you fart next room guy can listen no privacy not worth for theoney paid ,please improve its in good location

Very poorly maintained, small size rooms, smoke smell, stinky towels. Nothing as shown in pictures online. Booked hotel for one price , was charged extra price. O made a reservation by calling customer care of fab hotels. A person named Aaysha made our booking offering some discount, so I paid the advance. But upon reaching hotel, discounted price was not reflecting in their app. I booked for 2000( I also had an email receipt stating this price) but the final price they took from me was 2700. The manager was absolutely rude and asked me to pay the full amount or just walk out of the hotel . That person who made booking promised to help put at every step of the stay, but when she stopped answering calls, no reply to whatsapp messages as well. Ridiculous customer service and a worst hotel to stay
