I had an amazing experience at FabHotels Aravali Suites, and what truly made my stay special was the outstanding staff behaviour. Every team member was polite, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was always prompt in responding to requests and handled everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Their warm hospitality and helpful nature created a very pleasant and homely atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such consistently courteous service — the team here truly understands what great hospitality means. i earlier visited the place back in 2022.And I had a wonderful experience there. The staff was great, rooms were big, specious, and clean. The washroom was spacious and clean too. But my recent visit unfortunately will be the last one. I was extremely disappointed in how the quality could get degraded... The rooms felt dingy and so small, the chair in my room was dusty. I had expected so much better.

Overall experience was pathetic.Me and my friend stayed there for a night and the experience was not less than a nightmare. Around 11 at night the staff kept knocking on the door asking for the key as someone from the next room lost his room keys and staff has no duplicate key to help that person. Even after refusing to open the door they kept calling us and knocking on our door. We being 2 girls staying there felt serious security and safety concerns. As we felt serious safety concerns, we won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

Dont book hotel through Fabhotel site or thorough customer care. Definitely you will loose your money. One more thing in Gurugram don't book hotels via booking.com, agaoda ,etc.,. When you are going to check-in that time only you will realize that they won't consider online bookings..

Not at all recommended. Old property. Dirty linen. Metro noise. Intercom seldom works. They place dirty towel in place of footmat at the entry. They don’t even have a mosquito mat.

Dispite the prime location the service and rooms are pathetic. Too old, beyond hope. Even 500Rs rooms are better than these.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The AC wasn't working when I checked in, and even after requesting maintenance, it made an unbearable noise—like being outside a flying airplane. I also discovered 2-3 bed bugs, and the room was far from hygienic overall.
