The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. Overall, a solid choice for stay.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Enjoyed my stay at the world class hotel! The location is very strategic and you can access all the places of interest for a person like me who would want to take a advantage of a work trip to visit tourist places like Indian Gate, etc

Toilet was smelling. I have stayed many times in fab hotels .it was assumed that fabhotels select good properties but it was the worst property by fabhotels I have ever seen.it was never expected from fabhotels. It was a dirty hotel. Toilet was smelling bad. No dustbin was in room. Staff was good but careless

Very dirty rooms and bed sheets, tables and chairs looks like never cleaned, stain atks on chairs u cnnot even place your bags on it very dirty, washroom with thick stains everywhere onfloor as well as on the wall,i checked 3 rooms before checkin and ths was the best of three others was leaking bathr or swelling air con..do not book this hotel, from fab it is fabroyle and oyo it is oyo townhouse royce..same place and disaster

Fab hotels are biggest scammers and liars. I did advance booking for my daughter's tournament in Delhi, close to the tournament venue.but as we reached delhi they shifted us to a distant hotel, they told it is 2-3 kms but it was 5 km from the venue. Having no options we had to go to that hotel for stay. Due to this distance problem we asked for early checkout after getting a hotel close by, but these rascals charged extra. The hotel owner was vely polite and cooperative but fab hotels are scammers. Pls never ever book with them if you want a comfortable, smooth and safe stay with family.

Very bad experience worst eating . It's not good for family and Very bad experience from here. The guy who is at reception from morning ro evening he doesn't know how to talk and behave with customers. Iss hotel m kuch aur hi Hota hein aur family vale lof bilkul bhi naah jaaye idhar. I will never go to this place even if this is the last hotel in Delhi.

This is the worst hotel I have ever checked in..I had to ask for everything and complain about everything every hour of stay...have checked out within four hours of check in.... Dirty blankets and sheets, leaking ACs, no hot water make it a terrible stay ..When asked , staff ask us to adjust with everything

Rats in the room, charged for room with breakfast, I was told we don't give breakfast. Instead of 2 days I checked out next day, my payment not refunded, will post on social media, play store, apple store, check out 19th early morning due to rats, I want my refund of 1 day.
