"My stay at the FabHotel JDM Residency in Sector 43, Gurgaon, was a fantastic experience that truly delivered on comfort and value. For budget travelers and business visitors alike, this hotel is a gem. The single most outstanding aspect is the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, the team was incredibly courteous, professional, and cooperative. Their warm hospitality and prompt service made the stay completely stress-free. The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated in a prime area that is just a short walk (about 0.5 km) from the Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro Station. This connectivity makes it incredibly easy to navigate the city, and you're close to key business centers, markets, and dining spots. The rooms themselves are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essential amenities like comfortable bedding, reliable free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. It’s a clean and convenient base for your time in Gurgaon. While the hotel is surrounded by great local dining options, if you're looking for a simple, comfortable, and affordable stay with superb service and a perfect location, I highly recommend FabHotel JDM Residency. At first, they gave me a room with a super noisy fan; the noise was so bad I couldnt even sit there. After that, they moved me to another room where the bathroom flush wasn't working. Then, they gave me a third room where the AC was incredibly loud. To top it off, at checkout, they charged me double the MRP rate for a water bottle. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a property."

This is the worst experience I had in gurugram, the hotel staff was not supportive at all, they didn't provide water bottles, no one was picking up any calls, there is no AC remote available, I called like 5 times but no support available from any staff. Even the water bottle was not complimentary. At the check out they told me that you need to pay for water bottles and charged 30 ruppees each for 18 ruppees water bottles which is not legal btw. Wifi was real slow, no tv remote was available, no refrigerator even in their premium room, hotel staff was so rude and no one provide number of hotel manager. Worst experience ever!

Terrible experience, never ever book this property. Starting with the fraud the receptionist, account and the owner tries to do. They charged us money for the whole month and even when we didn't like the property and decided to cancel the whole reservation on the check in day, they didn't refund the money back, Fabhotels rule says, they can deduct the money for only two days in such scenarios but here the owner deducted 50% of the rent on her own wish, they were impolite, arrogant and scamsters. We decided to cancel the reservation on the very same day as once our relatives reached there, they found out that the property is very different from the pics with very low grade maintenance, bed sheets dirty no cleaning nothing. We committed a mistake and want to help you all, never reserve this property. @fabhotels, i am still waiting for my full refund, my experience was terrible with you.

⭐ 0/5 – “What a Wonderful Way to Ruin Your Day!” If you’re looking for the worst hotel experience of your life, congratulations — you’ve found the perfect place! The photos online must be from another planet because the room I got looked nothing like them. The moment I opened the door, I was welcomed by a pathetic, yuck smell that could knock anyone out. The staff? Rude, careless, and completely disobedient. Their solution to the horrible smell was to spray some cheap air freshener — as if that could hide the disaster in the room. The mattress and bedding were absolutely disgusting — old, dirty, and totally uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. A complete waste of money, total fraud, and easily the most pathetic and yuck hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor — don’t go there. Ever.
