Hello guys bahut hi achcha hotel hai mujhe yahan per stay karke bahut achcha Laga yahan ka staff bahut achcha hai aur mere ko location bhi Badi aasani Se Mil Gai aur yahan ka code bhi bahut testi hai aur budget friendly hai koi bhi Ishu nahin hua mujhe bahut achcha laga main - Fab hotel se is hotel ko book karungi awesome hotel

Great stay! Rooms were clean, staff was polite, and check-in was smooth. Totally worth the price.

The property is not at all taken care of by the management. Rooms are big enough but all the fixtures and furniture are old and dirty/ broken. Room/ toilet are not properly cleaned. Taps/ washbasin are broken. Geyser not working (hot water provided in the bucket). No room / linen cleaning done in three days. Everything in the hotel needs maintenance and revamp. No kitchen facilities available hence only outside food available. The only breakfast offered was Chole Bhature from the adjoining shop. The staff informed us that they have intimated the non availability of kitchen / food service but Fabhotel took booking with breakfast! The hotel refused to offer breakfast and insisted on raising the issue with the Fabhotel to get the money refunded. Somehow we managed to have some basic breakfast though the kind-hearted hotel staff. Don't book with food included options. The only plus is location.

There was no car parking before booking app was showing parking is available in hotel and no hot water for bath

Dear Customer Service,I am writing to formally complain about my booking experience at FabHotel Golden Eye Inn Nehru Place Market, New Delhi, for Order ID: 171-9998715-7201954 (Booking ID: NH11191441367000).My booking was confirmed for check-in at 12:00 PM on 5th November, but I arrived at the property at 9:30 AM and was asked to wait for arrangements.Despite sending my IDs and booking details in advance through WhatsApp, I was informed at noon that a hardcopy of my Aadhaar card was mandatory for check-in.This requirement was not communicated earlier; had I known, I could have arranged a hardcopy from a nearby cybercafe. I had the original PDF and DigiLocker government-approved Aadhaar, which is accepted at airports and railway stations, yet the property did not accept it.The reception staff were unresponsive and did not assist during my wait, and my calls to your customer service went unanswered for 15 minutes.Many other guests checked in using digital documents and WhatsApp photos, but my check-in was refused without a hardcopy.After spending three hours waiting, I was told by your agent that refund is only possible if MakeMyTrip approves it.The entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing, especially as rooms were not available despite prior online bookings. Offline walk-ins were also being accepted, creating chaos and privacy concerns.Therefore, I request:A full refund for my booking due to denial of check-in and lack of proper communication or support.Necessary action against the property for their irresponsible behavior, inconsistent document acceptance, and poor customer service.Clear guidelines to be provided for future customers regarding acceptable forms of ID (including DigiLocker and PDFs for Aadhaar).I hope you treat my complaint seriously and process my refund promptly. Service was slow and and there is no water bottle in the room and staff was also so slow i am in regret

property was terrible..bed sheets are not clean and tierd..washroom was very bed...

The room and bathroom were terrible. They were dirty. We were provided with a room but flush and the TVs were working. They didn't provide the room key either. Then they provide the other room, but there the washroom was dirty and there was no wifi. The pictures they upload on the internet, we get the opposite of that. The staff were also neglecting when we were complaining about the room.
