Had an amazing stay at FabHotel Exotica Avenue! Loved the convenient location, great food, and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful experience at FabHotel Oyster Villa. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the overall service was top-notch. A special thanks to Mr. Ashok, the chef, whose cooking made our stay even more memorable. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and felt just like home. His warm attitude and attention to detail, which made us feel as though we were dining in a friend's house, truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and excellent food. Looking forward to my next visit!

My experience at Fab Hotel Oyster Villa was amazing! The staff received me with broad grins and great hospitality, and it only got better from there. Polite and always ready to assist, it was obvious that every need I had was catered for. Rooms were well maintained, and clean which made my stay very comfortable. The food – truly fantastic. Every meal prepared was fresh, delicious, and full of homemade goodness. The hotel itself had a very easygoing and warm atmosphere. For anyone coming to the region, I certainly recommend this place. Thank you very much to the entire team for all the efforts put in to help make my stay so unforgettable.

Good hotel and good service hotel staff also very good

I just reduced 1 star as wifi doesn't work properly. I stay here many times and wifi is required now a days. It is not the first time. Everytime I face this issue.

Excellent and memorable stay....one of the best properties i have stayed in.

Breakfast served on quarter plate and cutlery had haldi stains. Bedwetting full of dust. Not intercom.

Terrible experience, never ever book this property. Starting with the fraud the receptionist, account and the owner tries to do. They charged us money for the whole month and even when we didn't like the property and decided to cancel the whole reservation on the check in day, they didn't refund the money back, Fabhotels rule says, they can deduct the money for only two days in such scenarios but here the owner deducted 50% of the rent on her own wish, they were impolite, arrogant and scamsters. We decided to cancel the reservation on the very same day as once our relatives reached there, they found out that the property is very different from the pics with very low grade maintenance, bed sheets dirty no cleaning nothing. We committed a mistake and want to help you all, never reserve this property. @fabhotels, i am still waiting for my full refund, my experience was terrible with you.

This hotel is terrible, never book the room here. They took money at one go and denied refunding to the customer. Took 1 month booking amount and then the account Manager and the staff Manager, denied refunding the amount. Avoid this place at all cost. The room quality is also pathetic, dont go at photos, there are stains on bed, on walls etc. Never ever recommend this place. To give more context, Account Manager first mentions to return key and trust for refunding the money, and next day he after receiving the key he completely changes his views. Then after one week of so much discussion,calls , messages and efforts they refund half the amount and took 17.5k for themselves. We told Fabhotel online and offline rule, but the CEO lady is like you have directly paid me, I will do as I like, this is my place.

The hotel unit was good. But Fab hotels was awful. I was called last minute before check in that the hotel I had confirmed pre-paid reservation was not available because of a guest extending stay. Really? When did Fab hotels give the right to any guest extending stay when they had no reservation and asking a guest with reservation to move to another property? Ok think it's a case of complete mismanagement or corporate greed where they move guests to under occupied properties to make money. It's an unfair trade practice. And the lady who called still pretending that the alternate property is an upgrade. Booking.com called out the bluff where the new property was much more poorly rated than the hotel with the primary reservation. What clever ways to cheat prepaid customers.
