Best Service in Hotel Staff

I would recommend the white moon hotel and amit ji if looking for any stay related help in Jaipur. Clean rooms, helpful staff and peacefully located. No doubt the best accomodation we found in jaipur

Overall was good, there was smell in starting but after ventilation for 5min it got clear, tv was not recharged.

The hotel which we booked online didn't had rooms and we had face alot of problems A horrible experience with fab hotels

No breakfast was provided

Ok Ok rooms, zerp for bfast as it was not served at all. When asked they said the kitchen will open at 10am and then only we could serve. Had to check out withpout the bfast and the money spent is wasted. Torn bedsheets, bugs in the room and not properly maintained. Not at all for family. Pathetic stay

When entered the HOTEL THERE WAS THE PROBLEM OF OTP WHICH WAS NOT SHARED, WHEN INGOT THE ROOM AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I WAS BEEN TOLD SPECIFIC SETTING IS THERE AC REMOTE NOT WORKING THEN ROOM GOT CHANGED THERE ALSO SAME ISSUE OF AC WAS THERE AND THE CARE TAKER WAS DRUNK AND WAS TOO RUDE TO TALK AND BIT ABUSIVE ALSO THEY CHARGED AMOUNT FOR WATER BOTTLE REGULAR BESLERI BOTTLE WAS CHAGRED 30/- INSTEAD OF 20/- WIFI WAS Ridiculous WAS NOT working at all worst part wash room the flush wasn't working all where water leakage when you open tap for bathing also shower not working water leakage got only soap no shower gel too.

I was defrauded 2500rs because I used a gift ecard/voucher which was redeem but discount was not added

Experience is not good as room is unclean, bedsheet is torn. Regular bad smell coming in from room
