I had booked this hotel online through easemytrip. Upon reaching the hotel the guys tell me the booking is not valid as they are full. First time I have faced this kind of issue with any hotel. The guys were also rude instead of being apologetic. No ideas about the rooms but lobby looked very shady....read more
