My overall stay at the hotel was good. The water supply, geyser, and staff service were satisfactory, and the cleanliness was decent. However, despite the cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom, which slightly affected the experience. If this issue is addressed, the overall stay can be much better.

Worst experience, there was continuous water droplets falling from AC . No smart tv . Rooms dirrty

Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

The lady on the reception was the worst ever person to deal with . After every 2 hours, she kept on switching off the AC and once I called her she kept on saying that there is a power shutdown in the area, then surprisingly I checked it with gyser and that was working. Worst ever place to stay.

Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory. Cleanliness was compromised, especially in bedding items like pillows and blankets. Water issues were a constant problem, and the staff lacked professionalism in handling guest concerns.

He ask me advance payment for booking I've paid 600 advance. However, upon check-in, I'm being asked 2461 (2361 rent + 700 early check-in). This was seems to contradict our initial agreement i want to refund the charges and resolve this ASAP Sahil
