Good wifi. Great location near to bus station. The water worked perfectly, with good pressure and temperature. The food was delicious, and the sheets were clean and fresh. Overall, everything was well-maintained and comfortable—I’d definitely stay here again!

Worst Hotel, No Buffet Breakfat, Bad Breakfast Quality.

FabHotels was my go-to choice until yesterday, but this time I had the worst experience. The room was not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the AC was working but was damaged with exposed wiring, and the TV had a similar issue. The sofa was also broken and not clean at all. When I requested a room change, they refused and there was no proper response from the staff. Really disappointing experience this time.

Fraudsters. Cheating people. I was with my family 2 kids at morning 8:30 AM they promised me early check-in and later after 2 hours at 10:30 when I was still waiting with my family they said all rooms booked and they can give in neighbour some friends hotel that was 3rd class. I asked them why did they waste my time and cheat me like this they said they had overbooked more than capacity thinking we will agree to their 3rd party hotel nearby 3rd class hotel. God will punish them for sure. Wicked people and fraudulent people

Very rude behaviour, lift out of order . Worst hotel, worst experience. Even tried calling fab helpline , which you guys wont answer and respond.Never again gonna book in fab hotels. Everything pic is fake. Not a 3 star hotel. Don't beleive customer care. Cheap tricks played with me all lies from customer care fab hotel. Please think trice if you gonna book in fab hotels

Bad Hotel on a Good location. They are only good if you want to do any exhibition. Very poor food service, even though their waitors want high tips forcefully. Infact they should mention tip rate in their menu. Their staff will theft away all your liquor, and they don't even hesitate to snatch it from you. Even their manager supports them, or may be involved. These are the kind of persons those are the part of consumer and waitor riots. So, please save your life and don't even think to party their.

We booked five rooms for two nights at FabExpress Hotel Yug Villa, and the experience was disappointing. Rooms and washrooms were in poor condition—dirty bedsheets, stained duvets, and overall lack of cleanliness. Room service was extremely slow, taking 45 minutes to an hour due to outsourced food, as there's no in-house kitchen. Don’t be misled by online photos or reviews. The only positive was the courteous staff, especially Dilip. A big letdown from FabExpress.
