Pleasant staff, roof top restaurant , cleanliness and location

The staff at this hotel were very humble. The only problem was parking. The rooms and service were very good. Only the TV remote did not work.

The staff were doing everything they can to make our stay good.

The rooms are clean. But need to change beds as the foam or coir is gone. And there is this ciggare smoke smell. Remaining all are good..

Name at the reception desk is different from Metro Suites. Small and untidy rooms (dead honeybees found in the room), no toileteries (reception desk said they were out of stock and Fab will send them after a week), no tea and coffee making facility in the room. Only 1 towel provided and it was already stained. Not even a chair in the room. Checked out within 30 mins of check in.

I have booked this room for 3 days stay. When I was booking this, it as mentioned that early check in based on availability. Eventhough room was available they asked me to pay 500 upfront. Not at all a welcoming behavior at all

I was faced problem while entering into room 1. They have charged me very high for early check in - 800/- but they said 500/- to me - as discussion happens 2 hours they said finally no room available also - latter they adjust for 600/- 2. Room service was very bad 3. Bathroom leakage 4. Even no water bottle also given ..I asked for 3 time later loose outside tap water given yo me 5. Bed sheet also smell 6. No soap holder and brush holders also 7. Worst room I faced in my life with family I faced

The staff won't even provide you with drinking water. The rooms are cubicle sized. AC does not work. Bedsheets are dirty. There are insects in the room. They won't allow you to check in at the price you have booked it online

*STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL* If I could give it ZERO stars I would, absolutely disgusting hotel. We reached the hotel and they gave us a option with the rooms which was fine, we got into the room and within 10 minutes of being there we spotted 3 cockroaches, a bunch of mosquitos and I went to use the bathroom and there was 'poop stains' on the toilet seat and a opened bottle of hand wash. We confronted the FOH and the man couldn't care less. I said that we would be back after finding a hotel and come back to collect our belongings. We found another hotel and then came back, the man had the AUDACITY to say that I would have to pay for the 3 hours our bags were there! I was furious and very clearly said I won't be paying a single penny! He then called someone and passed the phone to me and I explained the situation which the man on the phone said I don't have to pay anything and I can leave. DISGUSTING customer service, DISGUSTING rooms and safe to say that whole hotel is a hazard. STAY AWAY!
