"The worst experience I ever had with a FabHotel. The lure of saving some money ~500, cost me a lot more. Location is pretty bad in front of the hotel. Shanties line the streets as its an underdeveloped area. Which is okay imo, people gotta stay somewhere; however ladies might feel unsafe. It is near Indiranagar, and SV Bus station along with 2 metro stations nearby. Thats where the good ends. No person at reception & no professionalism seen by the Manager. I was sweating while trying to find a person to checkin; which took around 20 mins. The whole interaction was stressful and the manager was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. At the very least, rooms have working AC, and fan. Now comes the worst part of the stay or whatever you might call it. The room had a horrible pungent smell which made me nauseous. When I switched on the lights, the sheets had dirt, hair and what not. Probably unclean, and recently used. The towel had dirty brown stains. When I picked it up, there were more grizzly dirty stains on the sheets, and the very thin bed linen. The mattress was squeaky as well. The walls were dirty, with stains of dripping liquids & gutkha, along with peeled out paint. Some sections were covered with dried out sticky stuff on the walls, and the headboard of the bed. I was so disappointed, that I just left after an hour of introspection. Booked my regular place which cost me 600 more than what I paid for this place. Meaning, it cost me double at the end of the day. Not at all a place for someone whos hygiene conscious."

"Right from booking the room, it was horrible experience. Called fabhotel hotline for booking the room and informed that we want a room for family of 3. Ms. S attended my call and said this hotel is premium and booked the room. She further informed that i have to pay 400 extra for third person at reception. After we reached hotel, we found room is very small, hardly two persons can stay. Also hotel reception informed us that there is no communication regarding third person. When I tried calling her, she didn't respond to calls and messages. She only messaged to wait, she'll check, but never got back. I had to request reception guy for allowing third person and he agreed upon payment of 500 extra. After entering room, we found it is with full of cigarette smell. I tried using my deodorant but of no use. Again after many requests to reception, they changed room at 1030 pm. Before that my son already vomited because of the cigarette small. The changed room was good, but no lock for bathroom. I have been with fab hotels from last 7-8 years, but this is the first time i had faced such issue with bad booking experience and bad room. I always had high regards for fab hotels as the rooms are pretty good and clean. Fab hotel management should seriously look into such issues, otherwise the brand name may get affected."

"There should be an option to give - rating for the hotel. I tried booking this property from the official fab hotels website. While booking for particular dates, some glitch occurred and the date got automatically changed to the current date, while I was making payment, there was no final confirmation on dates or anything. Then I completely my payment and the dates were current date, I was shocked and tried looking for the date change option and it was unavailable, so had to cancel the booking within a minute. But, it showed like refund will not be applicable for this booking, even though the mistake was clearly not from my end and had dropped a mail to feedback@fabhotels.com, still there is no use. Website is so pathetic and difficult to use. Never book fab hotels ever again."

"FAB hotel charged extra 500 for just 1 hr late of check out ( And even it's not late check out as per compared for 24hrs ) This is not at all good as they treated for the customer. And even rooms are not at all clean and hygienic it's too worst maintenance. They even not at all kept the drinking water too. It's too bad As per guidence 24 hrs is the timing for check out , but they charged 500 rs which is less then 24hrs. Finally i won't recommend for any further..."

"Recently, I have been to this hotel. I booked this hotel because it was handled by Fabhotels. But when i went there, I found the room dirty. I immediately called the receptionist and informed him about that, but he was trying to explain to me that it's a 3 months old hotel only and the floor has cement stains on the floor and walls. But then he offered me another room. In that room also, i found the same issues. Even the walls are also dirty. The vibe of the hotel room was not good at all. Again I asked them to change the room, and again I found the same issue. Sooner, I understood that no matter what, almost every room has the same issue. I am attaching the images for your reference. Also, there is nothing nearby. Like if you want any store or something, you need to go a little further."

"Disappointing Family Stay Experience I recently stayed at FabHotel Metro Suites in Bangalore with my family, and I regret to say that our experience was extremely disappointing. There were numerous issues from booking to check-out, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers, especially families. Booking and Pricing: Booked 2 rooms for 5 guests through customer care, but at check-in, they demanded an extra ₹500 for the 5th guest. Despite assurances from customer service about refunding this amount, it hasn't been processed. The invoice doesn't accurately reflect the total amount paid, showing only ₹3,000 instead of the ₹3,500 actually charged. Staff Behavior and Service: The hotel staff's behavior was unprofessional and often rude. There seemed to be a constant attempt to charge extra money for basic services. The overall service quality was poor, with little attention paid to guest comfort or satisfaction. I'm puzzled by the 5-star ratings this hotel has received from other guests. Based on our experience, this hotel seems more suitable for couples seeking short-term stays rather than families or travellers looking for a comfortable, extended stay. In conclusion, the combination of misleading pricing, unprofessional staff behavior, and subpar service makes it impossible for me to recommend this hotel to families or any travelers expecting a quality stay. I hope the management takes serious note of these issues and works on improving their service and facilities."

Farooq, the manager was very rude. He took extra amount for an early check-in of just one hour. He did not have patience to listen to what we were trying to say. "Waldrobe inside the room was locked. When i asked the staff they said they will not give key. they have kept their things in that. I was afraid that if some unwanted or criminal activities was there inside the waldrobe. I told them I will call the police. They said I can do anything I want and even said that they dont even care if i dont come again. Also, there was no shower gel and hand wash inside the bathroom. When I said about this, the staff came and poured shampoo inside shower gel bottle and said that it is shower gel. It was clearly written on the can that it is shampoo. Very bad. I had to go outside and buy a bath soap and hand wash. Terrible from fabhotel group. I will never ever book in fabhotel."

"My stay was okay cos I had to adjust..initially we were given a room where the toilet had remnants of faeces. And when I went to inform the person, who they called the manager (must be 25 years old), he was not apologetic n kept saying it happens sometimes..he accepted it was a mistake only after a couple of minutes when I said it was their responsibility to make sure they checked befor handing us the key.. we were famished after a long travel n they gave us an other room....this room had a leaking tap..n No action taken even after I informed the front desk..when we asked for a menu to order room service, they said to order on swiggy...which was delivered at the end of an hour...there was no toiletries in the bathroom..nor coffee/tea sachets etc..we had to call them each time to replenish the stock n water...Ive stayed in other Fab hotels n the service n stay was so good..I doubt if I will again after this..the place is run by boys in their teens..n sonl unprofessional in their approach..I regret booking here."

Moreover, the bathroom door lacked a knob and was broken, contributing to an extremely disappointing experience. The absence of bathroom exhaust fans led to suffocating conditions, making it an overall unpleasant stay. I requested a room change, but the staff showed no effort to accommodate the request. This experience is not recommended, particularly for families."

This is just one of such experiences. You are loosing your credibility for sure"
