Please do my refund. Fabhotels is a loot and they are not giving the customers the rooms which is there on website

It was worst experience of stay in this lodge, rating mentioned in Ixigo website is not at all true, dirty rooms and bed sheets, AC and even fan not working properly. My package was inclusive of breakfast but this lodge doesn’t have restaurant, not at all recommended for decent family
