I too booked here, and getting scammed. this place is total nightmare. never ever book at this place and even don’t think of booking with fabhotel. they are saying they didn’t find any major issue with the property. let’s see what court decides for the money they are getting for booking. once you go inside you can smell all kind of rotten animals. i’m a traveller and i travelled a lot inside and outside india. stayed everywhere but this is absolutely nightmare for me

Poor hygiene , smell , awkward service the bad part is fab changes the confirmed booking left and revert without informing customer , i booked a hotel at one place but it is changed to another location 10 km away

My recent stay at fabhotel was a harrowing experience that i wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. from the moment i entered the lobby, it became evident that the glossy facade painted by its deceptive online reviews was a far cry from reality. the first warning sign was the overpowering stench of mold and mildew that permeated the corridors, assaulting my senses with each step. upon entering my room, any hope of finding solace vanished as i was greeted by stained sheets, and a bathroom that could only be described as a breeding ground for bacteria. despite the hotel's claims of cleanliness and impeccable service, it was clear that hygiene was not a priority. the presence of mosquitoes scuttling across the room confirmed my suspicions, leaving me feeling disgusted and violated. to add insult to injury, it became apparent that the glowing reviews i had relied upon were nothing but a sham orchestrated by the hotel to lure unsuspecting guests. it's a cruel deception that preys upon the trust of consumers seeking a comfortable stay. in conclusion, my experience at fabhotel serves as a cautionary tale against the perils of false advertising and the importance of thorough research before booking accommodations. steer clear of this establishment unless you have a penchant for unsanitary conditions and shattered expectations.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel when sharing a room with my wife. the police and hotel staff seemed to be in cahoots, making our stay uncomfortable and suspicious. it felt like they were playing games and possibly even blackmailing families. i strongly advise against staying here for families.

They run two business in a same hotel (i.e oyo and fab ). not safe for couples . bed room doors are not locking properly.

Dear fabhotel; location of hotel is okay. i don’t understand how fab evaluating hotel’s standard. hotel is managed in a very bad shape. three times i switched the room due to insects. bed sheet are so bad and i did not touch towel by seeing it. in this location, it can be maintained in a proper way. i don’t required high standards. requirement is a neat room. it was not. manager tried to manage by changing my room and all. at this price its a worst option.
