I had a pleasant experience at my one hotel the atmosphere was very peaceful and the staff made me feel valued as guest a must stay for anyone visiting gurgaon
FabHotel Prime The Rivlet MG Road
Stayed there for 13 days. (First, please note : it's not a 3 * hotel). Average rooms. Renovation was going on when I visited. U get RO water from the corridor. I had an A/c issue, the staff came and worked on it for 40-45 mins in the night & made it working. Very very limited breakfast options. Do not depend on the menu in the room, unfortunately they have very few options in food. Good and friendly staff. The stay was okay, but definitely not a 3 star. The lift is around 25-30 years old be careful with the buttons. The road to the hotel is very near to the compound wall of phase 2 which may create confusion for the first timers.

The location is good and the staff can be helpful , they even cleaned the room late at night when we asked. But the service overall is very inconsistent. There were times we didn’t get drinking water or even a menu card for 3+ hours, which was frustrating. The biggest issue, though, was with the late check-in. Our booking clearly mentioned “complimentary guaranteed late check-out”, which normally means the room will be ready and held for you without extra charges. But when we asked , even though rooms were available, the hotel said we would need to pay ₹800 extra just for 3 hours. This felt really unfair and misleading , like a trap set through vague promises by makemytrip and fabhotels. If something is mentioned as “guaranteed”, it should be honored. There was no mention of “subject to availability” or “hotel policies” in the booking. To add to that, the room condition was poor and lots of cockroaches, cigarette burn marks on furniture, and stained bedsheets. Overall, not a great experience, especially when you book through a big platform expecting things to be smooth.

Rooms are spacious but needs repairing and proper maintenance. Can spot multiple cockroaches

Extremely pathetic property and extremely pathetic service. I booked through fabhotels and this is probably the worst place to stay. Rooms are dampy and gloomy. There are trees growing in their balcony through the cracks but looks like they never paid attention. Bathrooms are stinky with no hot water. When I asked them about it they said all the rooms in my line don't have hot water running. I asked them to provide some small bucket hot water from another vacant room then the same person said entire hotel does not have hot water available currently due to some issue. I asked to provide some hot water from kitchen but they refused. I paid for the breakfast but when I asked them about it in the morning they said the chef's had not arrived and they would arrive by 8 am and breakfast be served by 8:30. By 8:30 nothing was available and when I enquired again they just said it was in preparation. I was getting late to work so I checked out without having breakfast even though I had paid for it in advance. Hygeine is another major issue, there's trash everywhere as you can check in my pics. There wasn't any TV either, not that i watch it but still something to point out. Don't stay here.

It’s a very bad hotel, there are cockroaches here and there’s a strong smell throughout the hotel. The walls are also damp. I also have an interesting story with hotel: I went to their dining area to have a meal. As soon as the food arrived at our table and we started serving it, cockroaches came out from under the table and joined us for dinner.

First of all there is no hotel with such name, the name has been changed to The ONE Hotel. Cockroaches every where, even on dinner table in their cafe. Very unhygienic place. Cancelled my 1 week booking after spending 1 night. Dont book this hotel everyone.
