    "The hotel unit was good. But Fab hotels was awful. I was called last minute before check in that the hotel I had confirmed pre-paid reservation was not available because of a guest extending stay. Really? When did Fab hotels give the right to any guest extending stay when they had no reservation and asking a guest with reservation to move to another property? Ok think it's a case of complete mismanagement or corporate greed where they move guests to under occupied properties to make money. It's an unfair trade practice. And the lady who called still pretending that the alternate property is an upgrade. Booking.com called out the bluff where the new property was much more poorly rated than the hotel with the primary reservation. What clever ways to cheat prepaid customers."

    "I stayed there for 3 days because I made advance payment otherwise I would have left. I came out of hotel with swelling all over my both arms and some part of my back due to poisnous mosquitos in the room. The room was not clean and they dont change bedsheets regulary. Please avoid this one on your next visit"

Room was not properly maintained and no telephone available to connect reception and no bath towel and accessories provided. Not even dustbin was there. Water is also not there chargeable for the duplicate water with 30rs. worst experience with fab hotels"

Matterses are super spring good for just couples staying 1 to 2 hours more than that u can't sleep on that matterses. Otherwise location is good. Dhaba and wine mart is close to this location."

    "I have booked 2 rooms, I love this hotel But this time in my room ac was not working, in my another room mini refrigerators was not working. Food was not also good. I think the chef hy changed food quality has gone done. Reception guys who checked in was great.even all the people whom I interacted was amazing. But the room service guys need to trained how to interact with guest. Way down as compared to reception staff."

When I asked for a new room, a key was given to me of a room that doesn't open. Staff didn't provide any solution and was rude. Please do not go here"

    "I stayed in this hotel for near about 20 days. I got 3 Rd floor room from which I used to see Paras Hospital which was my work place. It was very soothing stay. Rooms are ok ok. Cleaning they do every day and on demand too. Overall rooms and cleaning along with food are good. Special all staff specially mentioning about Sanjay brother who is hotel's GM. He is having good communication skills and friendly natured. Never missed any orders and demands. Always available and helpful out of way. Sandeep and other staff like Aman, Suraj, Satyam are also good at heart and work. Overall great experience."
