Nice hospitalpitality and value for money.

It is a very nice hotel and the rooms are also very clean, the staff is very good, there is hot water in the room and the TV also works, the AC also works well, the food is also good, you can stay in the hotel with your family.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very helpful, the staff at the reception is very good and the rooms are very beautiful and the hotel is very safe, you must stay at the hotel fly view.

Worst hotel experience ever... No washroom kit not even handwash available only given Rs5 medimix as washroom kit. No tea coffee kit no electric kettle nothing was there. Only room was provided nothing else. Door mats were also torned, buckets were broken.. it was a pathetic hotel far away from town no food service available.. jst wasted my money... Dnt think I am going to book again from fab hotels... Local hotels were much more convenient nd providing better service than this.

The rooms appeared dirty even after they were supposedly cleaned. If you’re looking for a hygienic, family-friendly hotel with a pleasant stay experience, Hotel 7th Crossing is definitely not a good choice. I would have given it a zero and even negative rating if that were possible. I deeply regretted my decision after seeing the condition of the rooms and the overall property. Although the hotel advertises free parking, it is only open parking. While the hotel claims an association with FabHotels, it does not meet even basic hospitality standards. The staff is poorly trained and does not seem to have any background in hotel management. Most appear to be local workers without proper professionalism. The person who carried our luggage had tobacco in his mouth, which clearly reflects the lack of hygiene and standards maintained by the hotel.

I was told by the owner of the hotel that we will be provided by the breakfast as we paid extra for that, we clearly informed the hotel staff that we will be doing early checkout that was 9am and we want breakfast at 8am in the morning on the same day that is 19th jan I called the reception at 7:30am on 19th jan to send the breakfast at 8am they told me that yes we serve the breakfast at 8am however till 8:45am breakfast was not prepared we had to check out before having breakfast for which we paid, I want refund of breakfast charges as I have paid for that and I had to leave the hotel without having food for which I paid extra , I want somebody to call me from Fabhotels

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. First, they did not provide the breakfast that was included in the booking. To make matters worse, there were no towels in the room, and despite repeated requests, they didn’t provide any. They charged me extra money for an early check-in, which was unexpected and unreasonable. On top of that, they did not have a card machine for payments, making transactions inconvenient. The washrooms were filthy and poorly maintained, adding to the overall discomfort of my stay. This hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Such a pathetic hotel to stay. Their website is so fraud . We travelled from Delhi to jaipur we book the room online then we came around at 10 pm but they said all rooms are booked and they shifted us to a low grade and I’ll rated hotel of their own. Please do not book from fab hotel website they all are fraud and charge you unnecessary money and harass you . Worst service and this hotel is worst as hell , better to stay at road then this hotel

Only a 5 rupee soap was provided in the name of toiletries along with a towel. Service was very poor. They provided torn quilt cover. Serving tray and cups were also broken. There was no provision of electric kettle and coffee/ tea pouch. They served cold breakfast and tea. The hotel staff was also not very professional. Even I couldn’t see any smile on their face during my stay. Some photo are also provided.
