Worst hotel experience ever i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. the rooms was full with mosquitos and filthy, with dirt and dust everywhere, and the smell was absolutely unbearable. it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. the worst part, however, was the staff. they were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the issues i raised.and attendent manager dimand extra money... trip type · official rooms1.0service1.0location2.0

Worst hotel experience ever i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. the rooms were filthy, with dirt and dust everywhere, and the smell was absolutely unbearable. it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. to make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken, leaving the room hot and stuffy, which only amplified the awful smell. the worst part, however, was the staff. they were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the issues i raised. i felt completely ignored and unwelcome throughout my stay. we decided not to stay at this hotel and had to book another one. i would strongly advise against staying here. this hotel fails in every aspect, from cleanliness to customer service. save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.

My name is shivam .i am from lucknow. i stayed at hotel relaxing last time. the service there was very good and the staff there was very nice. as far as i remember. i met rishi at the reception. his behavior was very efficient and he tweeted very well, otherwise i felt very good to stay in hotel relaxin.

The management is bad. they first denied room even if we had booking and payment confirmation. they asked us to talk to fabhotel customer and after waiting for more than an hour we got the room. really bad experience and bad attitude. don't book your stay here.

They gave me a room on 3rd floor and wifi access was not there, ridiculously there was a smart tv installed. the staff asked me to connect the tv with my phone's network if i want to watch anything on tv. there was no electricity whole night. they started the generator but it was also having some issues time to time whole night. i had to stay one more night in the city but had to book another hotel.
