"Pathetic service.. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody, they even charging money for water bottle. staff was so rude. No familiar behaviour. Room was so so so small and there was no cleanliness.. when we entered the room the towel they give to us was not clean we told them so there staff was stating that "no ma'am this a clean towel" after so many time we told the same thing then they changed it. Washroom and room everything was very poor condition."

"One of my worst experience..the hotel was terrible small room size, no tv broken almirah, broken door noob, broken bathroom fixtures. The bedding were not cleaned, it was dirty and filthy.The lifts were not operational in the morning dont know for what reasons. I had a booking for 3 nights but i checked out after day 1 but i wasnt checked out. They are just want money from the guest but no service. Post checkout i got a call from hotel that i have stollen a cell phone from reception. They tried to impersonate as Police office and tried to call me back to hotel. I had visited the local police station and informed them about it. They worst place to be in Varanasi. Would recommend not to visit this place"

"The management of the hotel was quite rude... We had already made the payment. Direct to Fab Hotel They were quarreling and being rude over the issue of why we paid the FB and not them. Due to this issue they did not allow us to check in for 1 hour. He also misbehaved with the woman and later allowed us to check in us calling customer care. I have never seen such disrespect from a hotel management You guys should pay attention to fixing this thing so that the rudeness and arbitrariness of the hotel management stops."

"I booked Deluxe Double Bedroom for 4 nights, on first day of my arrival they gave me a room with sharing bathroom, and told me by mistake we booked your room.. On next day they shifted me to a room but that was also not Deluxe Double Bedroom. It was very small Room no.205. Room was although clean. They don't have any restaurants or kitchen. They just have a dirty room where they cook for their own. They provide breakfast for guests from nearby roadside stalls (thela) which certainly gotta be tasteless, cheap and completely unhealthy, I threw them in dustbin. You cannot watch TV because they don't have cable connections and their WiFi speed is very slow, so watching TV by WiFi is also not possible. They don't have any lifts or maximum amenities as described on Fab Hotels App. They just have three full time staffs among them one who is Mahendra Pandey as far as I remember his name who is very talkative and cunning, he is caretaker of this place. He think and believe everyone is fool and will fool customers by his sweet talks. I went there after reading Good Reviews, but realized most Reviews are fake reviews, in one sentence. I GOT CHEATED."

"Worst experience, Staff was disoriented and they denied about breakfast as we already paid at the time of booking and next day they provided 1 person breakfast and the worst part is that the timing of breakfast is about 10-11 AM. TV was not working, staff didn't provide Wifi password, telephone was dead, leakage in Basin, some boys smoking in other room so afterall please don't go with family. The hotel is only for boys and fun loving couples."
