The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheet was dirty and had a very bad smell. I specifically informed the hotel staff and requested them to change the bedsheet, but despite repeated requests, they did not do so even after two days. The poor hygiene was not just an inconveniencemy wife developed a skin reaction on her hand, which made the experience even more concerning and distressing. It was extremely disappointing to see such poor housekeeping and such an irresponsible attitude from the staff. A good property means very little if basic cleanliness and guest service are not maintained. Overall, a very pathetic and disappointing experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping, hygiene standards, and staff responsiveness.

I visited this propetry after i checked the reviews but when visited no one is looking intrested to to checkin ... Everyone is busy in there phone ... anyhow i got checkin room was big bit the bed sheat was dirty .. wash room was not clean properly ... This is a good hotel if they maintain the property

Pathetic banquet pathetic service pathetic staff pathetic owner if you don’t want to spoil your function please don’t booked initial meetha meetha bol k ye try krte hai book karne k liye after there AC not work properly my engagement date was 19 july we paid whole amount 2 days before after that they show there real faces owner is saying chat stall is not included in that initially they said it’s included after a lot argument we ready pay extra on function day they are not ready to provide plates for paobhaji stall saying you have use main course plates how’s possible food taste like esse bura khana nahi mil sakta kahi there staff is misbehaving with my sister it’s request don’t book it. No water is available in the morning for the shower, even after complaining still water is still not available , finally have to take a bath in other room. After informing at the checkin time, that I have to check out at 8.45 in the morning breakfast is not prepared till that time, In morning I informed them about 1.15 hrs before my checkout but still they didn't prepared till the time I checked out

Avoid this place! The service was terrible—while the rooms were spacious, they were dirty, and none of the electrical sockets worked. No toiletries or towels were provided; we had to purchase toiletries from a nearby shop. We booked rooms with breakfast included, but not all members were served breakfast. The staff was rude and behaved in an ill-mannered way.

Very bad experience Stayed for an exam but can’t sleep whole night due to large rats roaming around in false ceiling . Mosquito repellant was asked for then only given . Breakfast has high salt and tea was below average
