    "1)Towels or sopa were not provided initially. After requesting only 1 was given even though 2 people occupied the room. 2) The given towel has strong chlorine smell 3) There was no ventilation in the room and strong smoke smell was there. A cigarette butt was found laying on the floor. 4)RO drinking water was of not good quality."
