My overall stay at the hotel was good. The water supply, geyser, and staff service were satisfactory, and the cleanliness was decent. However, despite the cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom, which slightly affected the experience. If this issue is addressed, the overall stay can be much better.

One of the best in Malviya Nagar, I have stayed at this place a lot of times. Stay was great as always. Room size was not very good this time but it works.

Excellent Rooms: The hotel rooms are a major plus—they are good, spacious, and well-maintained. All basic amenities are available, including a full set of toiletries, which is always appreciated. The location is fantastic, situated right in the city center. It's only about 1 kilometer from the nearest metro line, making travel around the city very easy. The availability of a kitchen facility is a huge convenience, and the lift facility made accessing the higher floors effortless. The staff behavior was consistently good—helpful, courteous, and prompt. Secure Parking: Vehicle parking is available right outside the hotel as street-side parking, which is monitored by CCTV, adding a good layer of security. Flexible Payment: They accept both cash and UPI, which is convenient for guests. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi is available, but it was unreliable and had a persistent problem with frequent disconnections. This was frustrating when trying to work or stream. Average Food: While the kitchen facility is great, the hotel's food service (quality and taste) was unfortunately average. It was passable but didn't stand out. If you value spacious rooms, a central location, and friendly service, this hotel is a great option. Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

Not so clean room, leaking toilet. What is shown in pictures or description is never true. Money charged was expensive too.

At first, my hotel was changed without my notice, that too after paying in advance. I paid only after looking at pics of hotel room and ambience. In this changed hotel, just because already paid, the service and welcome was terrible. I have to beg for my breakfast several times despite paying for room with breakfast. In any hotel the water is complimentary, here they said it's chargeable. Having no choice I said ok. Even after that I have to wait thirsty for water. I will never recommend this hotel ever to anyone. That is why I checked out a day before, even after booking for 2 days. Since I have good experience with fab hotel earlier, i will spare fab for choosing, kindly do not change without guest confirmation once booked and don't tie up with such dirty hotels without ventilation, no water, poor service, cold service type hotels.
