The rooms were very clean and spacious..the linens were neatly maintained..Food is good and maintened well hygene.Staffs are very nice and courteous..The front desk manager & Mr.Anil Kumar was very helpful..Nice calm location with balcony and sunlight in this winter cold added additional comfort..

If the property can add anti skid mats in washrooms as the floor becomes slippery while using the shampoo

Overall experience is good well maintained and staff behavior is good. Food and all stuffs are good Host by Anil Kumar very good person support for all things.

Staff are cordial but the room alloted stenched a lot specially morning time. Geyser not working and panel of window was also broken and waiting to fall.

Rooms are so small and are not designed for a proper stay with along with washroom and that too the interior and furniture things neither proper nor available. The hotelier denied for morning tea as it should be provided on guests request if guest is paying for it. Hotel rooms electricity functions were not ok due to which i had to waited for more than half an hr and changed the rooms twice

It was a terrible experience I had . First the Fab hotel Tulip didnot give me room as they has payment issues with group. Alternative hotel Fab Monsella was given after 1 hour discussion with Goibibo. When I came the rooms were not clean n I got the room after 30 min. Morning I found there is no hot water. They finally change the room after 1 day. It was in 4th floor n there is constant noise in the night . Breakfast took almost 1 hour to be served. Staff response time is very slow. Very terrible experience. This was my worst experience .

Staff was so unprofessional, rooms were so bad

I had only booked the room, I did not get the check in done just because one of the IDs was from Mahipalpur and there was no refund policy there. The policy of Payment of Fav Hotels is useless.
