The expirence wash smooth checkin. when i went inside the room , the ac was not cooling and i asked for new room , in that too ac was again cooling very less. they have given open water bottle not the sealed one. the property was quiet confusing bcoz there is no name of the hotel. the staff is quiet lazy in cleaning that's why the corridors were having used utensils and bad odours of left out foods. talking about bathroom they were clean but the jet spray of toilet not working . so if i say at this price you are having a lot to improve , therefore work on it.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
