"Location is good. No TV recharge wven aftwr three days continuous request. Only one day they changed linen, sexond day they exhausted with lonen and towel, so even room not cleaned after manytimes request night 10'o clock yhey cleaned room. Old towel and linen shared. To take food plates it took almost 24 hrs plus. Next day night they took after several request. Food was with high salt and MSG / taste makers. Oil and quantity is ok with food. RO water is ok. Rates for same hotel in other websites were 1/3rd of actually we paid. Complaint raised with screen ahot of charges, waiting for the response. Lets see. Geyser there, but no room heater, no blanket. Only regular linen available. Breakfast serves only after 9.00 am. Mentioned 24 hrs restaurant, but they will remove phone receiver after 12.00 then next fay 9.00 they will work. Reception also same but qorks from 8.00 am. Somehow managed. No response from management towards genuine complaints - bad luck"

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Rooms were very dirty. Sauces and AC water leakage marks all over the walls. Mattress pathetic. Bedsheets very dirty when asked them to change, new one was also dirty. Water was given in plastic seal open bottles from tap. Geaser was small so was getting only half bucket hot water then cold. Very sad with the service. This is second consecutive time fab hotel have disappointed. Will never book from here."
