1 AverageI booked the hotel for 2 days after having a look at the pictures. when i reached and saw the property i kept on calling the fabhotel customer care to transfer my trip to a single day stay because the condition of the hote was pathetic. fab hotel care was of no help. the did not refund a single penny and i also checked out of the hotel the very next day. can’t use fab hotels after this. their customer satisfaction is zero. customer care services a zero.Yagya Bhargava, 6 Apr

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Anil Kumar, 5 Nov
