Last two times i booked they cancelled my room and shift to another place which is very poor condition and unwelled room

The place is very bad the rooms are stingy and many of the things are not working in this hotel. the staff is non cooperative and is careless. there is no cleaning staff available the room is not cleaned once it's issued last day i saw how they clean the room the person took a broom and cleaned around the surfaces of floor and he didn't mind to clean under the bed the cigarette leftovers were still lying around and then the guy just sprayed some water around 20ml and cleaning was over in less than 5 mins. we had a five days stay during my stay we were never offered food,water,or towels. the toilet is not being cleaned after our stay and the door lock is also not working the water is tap flows very slow and takes more than 30 mins to fill the bucket the water is very salty and smelly in taps when asked for drinking water the hotel room guy gave us water filled in bisleri bottle without any seal so now you would be able to understand how hygienic this place is i don't understand how this hotel works i came to understand from locals that people come here with some other purpose ex 1 hr meeting

I had a terrible stay at this hotel, if you see the hotel rating is 4.1*, do not see the rating. it is fake. 1. this is hotel is the worst one.... 2. staff are terrible.... 3. front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. 4. rooms are worst quality ... 5. ac is broken and beds have bugs in it... 6. gloomy ambience... 7. it is a mess in the middle of a messy location... 8. they provide wifi without no internet connection. 9. bed linen provided by hotel was not fresh 10. duvet/blanket was very bad in condition. 11. tv & telephone available in the room but never work. 12.the telephone provided by the hotel was broken 13. bathroom not clean, bathroom faucet not clean, rusty faucet, wc was very dirty 14. ripped bedsheet and bed linen provided by the hotel. 15. the walls having dirty mark, should to be paint touch up # do not choose this hotel very terrible and unpleasant stay.

The stay was awesome and the staff members were good...they served food according to your taste ...the location is reachable from the metro station and is quite reasonable stay with close proximity to the market....

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
