Great location, right on the main road, Rooms are comfortable and nothing too fancy! Washrooms we're clean and the team is hospitable! I had ordered Matar Paneer and Tandoori Rotis and the taste was good and portion was size was more than enough! Good experience at the given price point!
Good one to stay! But there is a long way to improve :) Receptionist wasn't talking in a welcoming tone. He wasn't rude, but he didn't reply properly. Poor English knowledge didn't help either. Room looks good interiorwise, but cleanliness can be improved. Floor was sticky, bathroom bucket was uncleaned. Noticed powercut and mosquitoes. Frequent noise from neighbouring rooms is heard. I think they can surely improve. Like keeping brochures of nearby tourist locations and agencies, providing better food, keeping rooms clean and providing tea bags and other items, etc
Review of FabHotel Accommodation Experience The hotel accommodation was extremely poor. The room provided was very small, leaving no space for movement. Despite being assured that a king-sized bed with an extra mattress would be available for three people, the bed was much smaller than expected, and no extra mattress was provided. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and soap—commonly provided even by budget hotels—were not available. The bathroom was unhygienic, emitting a foul smell, which made the stay highly uncomfortable. I contacted FabHotel two days before check-in to inform them about my late arrival (scheduled check-in at 11 AM, but my train was reaching at 11 PM). I requested arrangements in advance, but no proper preparation was made. The room allotted was just 10 meters from a highway, leading to excessive noise from heavy vehicles throughout the night. Despite raising complaints, the only solution offered was providing a separate room for one person to sleep in peace. Moreover, the hotel’s landline was not working, making it impossible to contact room service. The food quality was good, but it was overpriced. A 1-liter water bottle was being sold for ₹30, whereas a 2-liter Bisleri bottle was available for ₹20 just outside the hotel. Upon contacting MakeMyTrip, they justified the noise issue by stating that the hotel is located near a bus stand. However, I later discovered that the bus stand had been shifted elsewhere, meaning the noise was primarily from trucks and other vehicles. This misleading information significantly impacted my stay. Despite all these issues, the reception staff and the person delivering food were polite and well-mannered. Additionally, I found the people of Patna to be extremely courteous and respectful. If you are looking for overpriced food with poor accommodation and constant traffic noise throughout the night, you may consider this hotel. Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking this property. Additionally, MakeMyTrip’s customer service was highly disappointing, and due to this experience, I am planning to delete my account and app. I am not promoting Goibibo or any other platform, but since I had booked through Goibibo before, I found their services better. However, I strongly recommend using any other app except MakeMyTrip, as it was the worst booking experience I have ever had.
The rooms were good, but the food was not great. You won’t get anything before 8 a.m., not even tea. It feels like a one-star hotel. This was my first time staying at this type of hotel, and it was a bad experience. The reception staff kept talking almost until midnight, so there was no silence.
Very pathetic conditions of the rooms. I checked inn in one room that AC was not working, washroom conditions were pathetic, then they shifted me to another room which they told that it was the only room available, the mattress of the bed was so horrible that never able to sleep whole night
Highly not recommended, I booked for 2 night via booking.com website and I got email that I need to pay at property while I will check in. BUT immediately hotel person send me payment link to pay amount immediately without checkin to property. I told that this is not mentioned during booking but their staff insisted to pay immidiately and told me that they will cancil my booking if I will not pay before checkin to hotel. It’s not fair while customer are travelling from different state and they cancelled booking and insisting to pay immidiately. Never recommended to other and dont pay them before checkin to hotel and seeing their rooms.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, with extremely poor maintenance. We did not get hot water even for a single day during our four-day stay. The bedsheets were in horrible condition—supposedly white, but they looked black and were foul-smelling. There was also a constant and unpleasant cigarette-like smell in the room. To make matters worse, when we asked for drinking water around 11:30 PM, the staff told us to come down ourselves and collect the bottle instead of providing basic room service. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or book it again.
Their service is extremely poor. The price shown on the app is different, but a higher and different price is charged after reaching the hotel. Moreover, if you forget your belongings at the hotel, they are not returned and are instead kept by the hotel staff. In addition, there are frequent power cuts at night, forcing guests to spend the entire night without electricity.
Actually Nand hotel doesn't deserved any star, all rooms are not in condition to stay. When I used the toilet one glass window broken & just fall in my leg & bleeding with the cut mark, immediately informed to the reception & they Change the room but that room also not up yo mark. Before considering to linked with your brand name should consider the customer safety. I am not at all satisfied with the hotel & need return my money back.
