I recently had the pleasure of dining at "The Waves Hotel," and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, perfect for a special evening out. The service was impeccable, with every need anticipated and meat promptly. Overall, the ambiance, food quality, and especially the service provided by Mr. Sachin exceeded our expectations. We left Waves feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Sachin and the entire team for making our visit so special. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional food and outstanding service."
This is one of the worst property i may have stayed with a sleep . 1) There is no proper elevator access to the reception and room form ground floor you have to walk since inside for the liquor store godown they have in the GF to get access to the elevator 2) Not sure who adviced them to use sheer curtains in the rooms without a blackout one . Even at night light from the. Other building and signage is so bright you can sleep well 3) property is on the highway some times is good for access, but for a good sleep it's not . As the rooms are not properly insulated or sound proof 4) Presently few meeter behind this property, land development is happening and at night 100 of truck are dumping soil. Sound of the tiper dumper door slamming is very loud , it feel like someone dropped a bomb. You will not see this construction active from the main road and thus we ended up booking this .
The rooms are not properly ventilated. Not all rooms have a balcony as shown in the pictures. The balcony is almost inside the neighbourhood apartment. It is not worth the price.
We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We booked it because it was located just behind Cloudnine Hospital, where my sister was admitted for delivery. Initially, my uncle and I stayed for a few hours in the evening after showing our ID proofs. Later that night, I returned with my aunt to stay, and we were again ready to provide IDs, but the staff refused to let us in just because the earlier guests were different. Despite explaining the emergency situation, they were insensitive and even demanded an extra ₹500 to allow us in, while most rooms were clearly vacant. The next day, while we were juggling between the hospital and home, they insisted we return the room key by 11 AM for checkout. When we requested time till 12 PM, they rudely claimed someone else needed the room—even though 90% of the hotel was still empty. We had to finally deliver the keys via courier on swiggy. To make matters worse, the room itself was not clean, and the bathroom lacked proper hygiene. We had only hoped for a place to rest for a while, but even that was denied.
No room service. No a single water bottle given as complimentary. Even plates they charge Rs.20. Food delivery sometimes they send direct to room through the bell boy else most of the times I had pick it up from my own. In the Fab hotel website it is rated 4+. Whereas, after booking when I got to check the reviews in Google it's rated very low with horrific experiences. If you are looking at this review and you are yet to book this hotel then do yourself a favour and ignore this hotel at all cost. At the same price you will get better hotels with way better services for which you paid for.
It’s a lodge. Right at the entrance they have a MRP liquor shop and behind that they run a bar. Imagine you are staying with family and want to carry luggage you have to go through the MRP store to get to the lift and this area has absolutely no maintenance. They assigned me a room in which, I was not able to lock balcony door and it was assigned that way. No one has checked the room before assigning it to us. When asked for help to close the balcony door they themselves couldn’t and they asked me if I can be shifted to another room. I had come repack and then shift. While I was staying there was a big group of bachelors who were inside one or two rooms drinking and smoking ( refer to picture ) which isn’t what anyone expects when you are staying with family. When requested for additional water bottle they charged me Rs 37 for one litre bisleri. Overall poor and awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend to stay with family.
Worst hotel I have been to. The behaviour of the receptionist is so rude. They are behaving like, they are providing us rooms for free. Closes the main gate at 12:00 AM and won't allow you to go outside. Very bad experience.
What a rude behaviour and no humanity for the person whoever is operating from reception, the person who is more worried about having food and not let the Zomato person go inside and deliver the order. When my friend has booked a room for their parents, the reception person says to wait until he finishes his dinner rather than letting him deliver the order! What kind of a decorum is this? Who treats a guest that too when they have paid for the accommodation? He is behaving like he is doing a favor free of cost?! Please management take care of this or else you will lose your name for their actions and behaviour!
Had the worst experience. Firstly, we booked two rooms and even paid half in advance before arriving. When we reached, the receptionist said there were no rooms available. We insisted that he contact the fab hotel management. He denied that too and was very arrogant about it. When we struggled but fortunately did contact FabHotels they said they had cut off ties with this hotel. They need to understand that travelling is expensive and tedious especially for people who are new to a city. Horrible management and staff. Never recommending this place.
Rude behaviour by the staff at reception. They made us to wait for more than an hour. Booked 5 rooms for 10 guests. 6 of us are 60+ age. They even threatened us to cancel the rooms. They asked us to speak with fab management. Like this we have bitter experience and disrespect by the reception staff for one hour. Don't know why fabhotels are encouraging this rowdy behaviour staff at the hotel. This can definitely tarnish the image of fabhotels. I mentioned only 1 percent of the horrible experience at this hotel.
