Hotel is in central spot near phase electronic city bus stop.good hotels are nearby.service room boys are coming immediately after calling and helping us.good in all aspects.

I had a pleasant stay., Rooms are very clean but very small. And staffs are ok., but should be little more generous.

the furniture was fantastic ; the beds were comfortable; the ambance a good . the food and room service dining was also good .

This was my second stay at this hotel and very comfortable.Plenty choice at breakfast and attentive staff.

The LED lights were not working properly, the ceiling cover of the washroom was open, rust pieces of the light bulb holder fell on and in the washing basin, cleanliness was not maintained, overall bad experience

No hot water at all....takes a longer than a hour to get just a warm water ..lower than body temperature....bad service( Actually no service at all...just handovered the keys for room) ...no toiletries....Wash basin sink was block...water flows on floors of washroom.

Worst place ever Geyser did not work, No basic stuff like Bath Towel/ Shower gel. No room phone. For same price - I could find Such a great place within same budget - Grand Falcon it’s just walkable distance (200 meters).

We booked the rooms 2 months ago for guests arriving for the function. But still we are denied rooms stating the rooms are sold out. They are too careless and we were put to wait for more than 2 hours.

The worst hotel I ever stay in my life. They do not have water bottles. Rooms do not any sleeper and washroom amenities are not available. Bedroom bed sheets have stains on it I informed them to change and clean the room they simply reply to me that sir in 2 days we do one. No housekeeping staff and also no kitchen food sourcing from outside Worst hotel.
