I am staying in this hotel for the last 3 years. It is in a very good location and the staff is also very good. There is safe security for the family and it is very safe for the girls also.

The room was ok. It wasn't very clean and I had to ask for towels and everything. I had a short stay so for me it was fine, I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay

The hotel overall was good but did not have dine in. The breakfast was brought from another restaurant.

Advance payment of one day not return if you stay 2 days instead of 3 days

Drunk staff , harrassing guests, had to vacate at midnight , raised complaint via mmt. Action pending

It was a very bad experience at 2.30am in night. We have booked the room through fab hotels online, and upon reaching the hotel the manager refused to give us room because the rate fab hotel is giving is very less. We have travelled all across from airport to hotel in midnight. Fab hotels definitely needs to develop a sync between hotels and the company. Customers should not face such issues , room was not clean and staff was rude

It was a very bad experience, window glass was broken, AC was also not working, our breakfast was included in f booking yet we were charged separately, service was very bad

Although hotel is good but fab hotel customer service is pathetic, even they are asking early checkin charges for deluxe room which are not occupied ND currently free.

From outside, the hotel looks as if there are three floors. But it's actually only the third floor, 1st and 2nd floor were rented out. The size of the room was smaller than shown in the hotel pictures. The aforementioned points would not have bothered me, if the service was adequate. Unfortunately it wasn't. I checked in at 2:00 P.M and was informed that there are no fresh towels because of full occupancy. I had to ask for soap and water as well. The television was not working. The room service person repeatedly lied and gave excuses but I was adamant. Eventually I was told that TV would not be available. The toilet seat was filthy, had red spots on it. On calling room service I informed that these spots will accompany me during the stay and can't be removed. Fortunately, I had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. My stomach was thankful. These are tough times for everyone, the tourism industry has suffered the most so unavailability of some facilities is understandable. But keeping the hotel in such dismal conditions won't help anyone. I suggest the owner of the building to rent out the third floor as well.
