The hotel overall was good but did not have dine in. The breakfast was brought from another restaurant.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

It was a very bad experience at 2.30am in night. We have booked the room through fab hotels online, and upon reaching the hotel the manager refused to give us room because the rate fab hotel is giving is very less. We have travelled all across from airport to hotel in midnight. Fab hotels definitely needs to develop a sync between hotels and the company. Customers should not face such issues , room was not clean and staff was rude

It was a very bad experience, window glass was broken, AC was also not working, our breakfast was included in f booking yet we were charged separately, service was very bad

Although hotel is good but fab hotel customer service is pathetic, even they are asking early checkin charges for deluxe room which are not occupied ND currently free.

But I am very disappointed due to service and all,This is only tha name and fame but service is not good and, I came to hotel 10 o clock but he take 500 extra for he reason you're come early ,and check in time is 12 o clockThis is not good I will never choose this hotel ,this is my last stayed in fab hotel,There is no kitchen system no food how to stay .

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were tiny, and the air conditioning didn’t work in any of them. Despite raising a complaint, the staff was completely unhelpful and instead of resolving the issue, they blamed me, claiming no other guests had complained. They even charge for drinking water, which should be complimentary in any decent hotel. The staff's attitude was rude and unsupportive, making the entire stay unpleasant. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Absolutely disappointing.

Photos available online and shared by the fabhotel have huge difference. The quality of room and cleanliness is way too worse. And the manager is too rude.

It is totally miss marketing of Hotel Neena Palace Bhopal which is being offered as three star rating. Room and toilet are very dirty, linens very dirty, no water drinking glasses, as well tea/coffee tray along with kettle in the rooms are available. No chairs are available.The most important my room tariff included breakfast which had no varieties with limited quantity. They have given a big menu book in the rooms but nothing is available. I ordered one plate noodles which was brought from outside. Overall experience was bad and Fab hotels sold the property wrongly
