"Horrible experience to stay with SM Resort.No lift for 70 years old senior citizen, No tea kit in the room, no geyser in the bathroom, no toiletries, no towels, no water bottle's,no breakfast while charged in the room rent. I am going to write about the same to ministry of tour & travel for these kind of frauds is doing by Fab Hotel group and they are supporting to their franchisees."
