Situated in a convenient location at Saket Nagar with all modern amenities and various food options nearby, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, functional toilets and prompt room service. The staff is too courteous and helpful and will always greet you with a smile. We had a pleasant stay here and will stay again for sure.

Poorly Cleaned, Unprofessional service staff, desk is okay , Rooms are not filthy but dusty, Uncleaned sheets bio fluid stains on pillows and cushion. Its a guest house not a hotel . Location is quiet and proximus to ISBT and RKMP station .notning else is good about it

My stay at the hotel involved serious deficiency in serviceunclean room, foul-smelling bed sheets, faulty door lock, no geyser, poor service, and unhygienic conditions. I demand a full refund immidiately.

The room was not clean. The blankets and bedsheets were in poor condition. Please improve it otherwise people will not prefer to stay there. Significant improvement needed.

The rooms were very dirty and the bed sheet and blankets were not clean. Food was also not serviceable in the hotel. Somehow we managed spent three hours… Overall pathetic

This hotel does not match any of expectations. Basically the property is run by staffs and the maintenance is very very poor. Washrooms does not have geysers. The hot water supply is completely dependant on solar power which is very inconvenient for early morning trips. Even the flush doesn't work. We had to change room because of a broken door of the toilet!! The hotel does not have restaurants.The area is 10 km remote from the city centre and does not have many options for good food. However, the young staff tried their best to serve us. Overall impact - THE PROPERTY NEEDS ATTENTION AND CARE FROM THE OWNER.

Worst place to stay with family, dirty rooms, washroom and linen and not secure for children. Very rude staff and the owner... Images shown on booking sites are fake, It's the worst and dirtiest place I have ever seen on the name of a hotel.

Had a horrible experience. The hotel claims to be 3 star. But doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have sent a detailed feedback to Fab hotel team. Paid extra for included breakfast. If they can't provide it, why charging extra? We had to book another hotel because there was no water, and we had to get ready for the conference we were attending.

I had the worst experience of my life. Here are the list of problems i had faced at Hotel Sugar Cube. 1) Room size is very small. It was around 80 sq.ft. only bed can fit in the room. 2) No hot water. They even don't have immersion rod with them. They rely on only solar water heater and in rainy and winter, only god can save you. 3) Rooms are very dirty. They don't even provide dustbin. 4) Rooms and bathroom don't have cloth hanger. 5) They charge you extra for water. 6) At the end, during check out they say that they have not received payment from Agoda/Oyo and ask you the money for room and you have pay that and settle with Agoda. So, book the hotel at your risk. I booked the room from Agoda
