"This in reference with my booking for date 13/01/2024 to 14/01/2024. (1 Night stay) Hotel was excellent and staying here was good experience. But not satisfied with FabHotel service after booking room when i reached hotel they said we dont have room left. Its so nice of hotel staff that they alloted me room. But they also charged extra Rs.380. Overall service was good, its just little disappointing from Fabhotel management. I hope I wont be facing this problem again in future. "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Rooms are not as we see in the images of fabhotels website. Hotel definitely needs a maintenance in terms of furniture, flooring, pest control etc. Curtains were not washed since ages, bed mattress was uneven, Toilet was having permanent stains at multiple places. Even you will find stains in room, also you will have company of cockroaches in room. Passage was stinking alot, sometimes it was unbearable while moving in/out from the passage."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. "Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."
