The room was ok. It wasn't very clean and I had to ask for towels and everything. I had a short stay so for me it was fine, I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay

Terrible experience. Very bad service and very poor hotel staff. I am extremely disappointed. Due to my job, I travel around 15 days every month and have to stay in hotels frequently. I have experienced both good and bad hotels in the past. However, the experience I had during my last night at your hotel was extremely disappointing and one of the worst stays I have ever had. Worst experience of my life. Not a single facility mentioned was available in the room. No hot water. No A/c. No TV. No toiletries. No towels. Stained bedsheets. No power backup. Rude staff behaviour upon asking for basic thing as hot water. Calling owner is no good. And your customer care is useless as well as it is just automated bot. I will be personally suggesting everyone I know and on social media never to use fabhotels. Thank you.
