Location is Good food quality is best NYC hotel my experience is comfortable stay

I had recently booked a 2 day stay at the hotel through Fab Hotels and I figured this was a case of "over promise and under deliver". To give the benefit of the doubt, maybe rest of the rooms are nicer and we ended up in a bad one. The room I had stayed in could use a deep clean and a fresh paint, the walls were damp, there was dust collected on corners of the bed and to make it all worse there were mice trying to climb the bed at night and rattle through leftover food. The food was decent but now I doubt the hygiene that goes in the preparation because of the mice. The room service except for meal orders was poor, either they'd forget the requested item entirely or bring you some acceptable version of it. We had to remind them several times after requesting for water bottles and some of them were unsealed and re filled.

Very worst service, Rooms are not maintained properly and extra money has been charged by hotel staff and manager for early check-in for 2 hrs ..........

I stayed here for couple of days. Rooms are not clean and too small. Bathroom is ok. There is no dining area, they deliver food in the room. The worst part is someone hit my car in their parking and they said its not their responsibility. They didn’t even let me have the CCTV footage. May be someone from their staff or guest hit it and they just wanted to save them. Beware of this before staying there. Pay a bit more and get a different hotel.
