Its very bad to know how the hotel publishes its own fake good experiences on the portal. it was such a drastic experience i had in this hotel. let me start to pin down some points, firstly the ac problem, where heater was not working and when i asked the service guy, he stated that it was not written on our website about heater, “but ac was mentioned there where ac should function as both coolant as well as heater” and also only 4 buttons are working of ac remote and rest were non functional, “which hotel does these small things” which was conveyed by the owner of the hotel mr. sunil sahu s/o mr om sahu and he also said that to whom are you taking do know that.”i am the sp in police, i have these many property, i am this and that, how can you talk to me like this”, wow man you are the owner of the hotel not any gunda boss. then another point shower was not working, exhaust fan was not working, the rooms are much smaller as shown in the images of the website, they have served poha in breakfast which was very dry to eat. where the owner of the hotel talk in rubbish language to his customers then how will anyone will rate this hotel five star.. sorry guys but it was really a bad experience for me..
