Wifi was not available, toilet was not clean, there were urine stains on the toilet seat, very unhygienic, room walls were dirty, there were termites on the bed and table.ac was off, It got hot midnight and got it on from mcb at 2 am by going to reception because landline was faulty, hot water was not available for bath. Water was cold, I went to reception at 5:30am. And the provided heating rod after 30 min waiting as geyser not working. Pathetic stay overall.

Absolutely horrible stay- the conditions of the room and bed made it impossible to even sleep without risking an infection. Pillows were untidy and not cleaned, bed sheet had mold
