I was disappointed with my recent stay due to several issues. firstly, there was no toilet paper provided in the washroom, which was inconvenient. additionally, the ac was not functioning properly, and despite calling room service multiple times to address it, my concerns were not taken seriously. unfortunately, the service was delayed, and the issue with the ac remained unresolved during my stay. i hope the management can improve these aspects for future guests.

This was my very bad experience in my life this hotel is not safe for family it's very dangerous to stay with family staff was not supportive i will request don't stay with your family in this hotel . it's horrible

Not good for family stay. lots of smell of smoking in corridor nd room. cleaning was also not good lots of liquor bottle outside the rooms. i have booked the room online after seeing the pics at booking.com. but after visiting the place with family i dont find it a place to stay with family so i quit. although without stay i dont get my money back from hotel and booking.com portal also. i never recommend this hotel for stay specially with family. i also suggest never book hotel rooms just because of pics shown on portal.
