1 AverageThe receptionist black guy has a wierd creepy look when i went for check-in. he asked me whether the check out is today or tomorrow and was telling to mention my friends contact number. the receptionist needs to be welcoming not to give a creepy stare look and asking when is the check out . the management should look into this.Just Hillarious, 8 Nov

1 AverageThe hotel was too bad. the rooms were always stinky. the staff was very rude. no outside food is allowed in the hotel which is not mentioned anywhere when you book it. they provide you bad facilities and give you stale food. no food hygiene is maintained. also beware they don't provide you an electric kettle and while checking out they will ask you about the kettle which is available in their kitchen itself. so after your allocation check all the things mentioned on the website.Keyboard Tunes, 22 Oct

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 21 Jan
