Fantastic hotel HTC, rooms and all services good

Velue for money, staff good , service very good

My experience with this coaching has been truly outstanding. The teaching methods are simple yet effective, making even tough accounting concepts easy to understand. The faculty is supportive, gives personal attention, and ensures every student is exam-ready. I also appreciate that they provide many other useful courses under one roof. Overall, a highly professional and result-oriented institute.

The staff was polite and helpful, and the location is convenient. However, a few issues made the stay uncomfortable: TV was not working it seems they have not recharged, Room had a bad odor due to pest control.Water falling from The AC kept auto-cutting and didnt cool the room properly. Rooms are not soundproof I could clearly hear noise from nearby rooms and the hallway, which affected sleep. The staff was good, but the hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, air conditioning, and noise insulation to ensure a better guest experience.

Water showers not working the amount they takes is much more higher hey have no attendant and not given even drinking water no security also there at night unknown people shouting in gallery outside my room very arrogance

Room Not Cleaned. Washroom also not good. It's a oyo hotel and they are not maintaining the hygiene. Towels are dirty. Breakfast they are giving Poha and jalebi. That breakfast Cost of outside the hotel just 30/-rs.

I will not recommend it to anyone to stay at least this property of FAB hotels.While this property was suggested by one of FAB hotel customer service. After reaching there I found the room was unprepared, not clear and clean and there was cockroach at the bed and room almira, bed sheet and blanket was too much dirty, washroom flush was not working, no mug and bucket was provided, no shaop for handwash and bath, AC AND FAN was not working due to that I have to suffele multiple rooms due to these issues. May this issue persist in Many FAB HOTELS PROPERTY'S. So I will recommend that you all do not go for this.

"My stay at Hotel President was a complete disappointment. The photos online are completely misleading; the hotel is run-down and the rooms are nothing like what's advertised. The minute I entered, a foul smell hit me. The pillows were stained and had a terrible odor. My room's AC barely worked and the bathroom was filthy, with what looked like a week's worth of grime on the floor. When I complained, the staff and owner himself was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issues. It's clear that there is a severe lack of professionalism and care here. The management needs to take a serious look at their standards and the way they treat their customers. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone, and I certainly will not be returning." Also owner called and asking me to delete the review. When I denied he misbehaved with me. This is a serious concern.

Worst experience ever at Hotel Midland, Bhopal! Rooms stink, bathrooms are very dirty, and the staff is extremely rude with no manners or respect toward guests. Service is pathetic, food is terrible, and the place feels unsafe. It’s highly overpriced and absolutely not worth the money — I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel in my life. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your trip! My request to the hotel owner: kindly train your staff. They completely lack basic customer service skills and proper behavior. At present, they act like bodies without brains — no sense of hospitality at all.

Asked for news paper, took back saying it is MD sir copy, can't provide newspaper.No dental kit,bluntly refused for laundry back.19th was check in 20th Aug was checkout but we came on 10th 8am and checked out at 10am.In so short stay can't got stuff!
