FabHotel Prime Nirmal Residency
Reached in the Hotel at 10AM.Requested Manager to allow us to drop luggage in the room before check in. He asked for Rs. 500 and we had to pay since we had to go to market immediately. He allowed only after paying Rs. 500. Very casual attitude and during discussion, not addressed us even once as Sir or Madam. Room allotted had insects allover and had to be changed at night. In the new room, condition was pathetic. Photographs have been shared. Would never ever visit fab hotels again.

FabHotel HTC
I recently stayed at FabHotel HTC, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The bed was quite comfortable with fresh linens, and the air conditioning worked efficiently, which added to the overall comfort. The ambience of the room was calm, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. The room service was responsive and professional. Requests for extra water, towels, or toiletries were addressed quickly. The staff was polite and ensured that the room remained tidy during my stay. Housekeeping was prompt and non-intrusive. The food was decent and hygienic. The menu had a fair variety of North and South Indian dishes. Breakfast was complimentary and served on time, with decent options like poha, paratha, bread-butter, and tea/coffee. While it may not be a gourmet experience, the meals were tasty and filling for the price. The hotel maintained good hygiene standards. Common areas were regularly cleaned, and the bathroom was neat with basic toiletries provided. FabHotel HTC is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby transport, markets, and eateries. It’s a good choice for both business and casual travelers.

Rooms what's showen on website doesn't close to that. Housekeeping is poor seen hairs on bed and in roo. Maintenance required crack in ceiling furniture not clean stain on table and other area. Washroom was always wet due to the AC pipe.
FabHotel Prime Nirmal Residency
Linen was smelling bad. Reception did not receive calls have to call again and again. Not all food menu was available. I left my charger and they say that it is not here.

Encouraged by good reviews ,we booked this hotel online ,for our stay at Bhopal from 18th March to 19th March 2024. However ,the experience was horrifying! First of all, on reaching at the property ...they outright refused to give accommodation saying that our reservation was not reflected in their system. When I showed them the advance payment receipt, they took another 20- 25 minutes and finally, hesitatingly, gave us a room . The hotel is actually on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a shopping plaza...we were quite confused from where to enter! The room I had booked was EXECUTIVE SUITE costing me Rs. 3500/= + per day. However when we entered the suite(?), we were shocked as it was medium sized cramped up room with very old, broken furniture. Even the AC was broken and kept in shape with adhesive tapes. There was no remote for AC ..on asking they came with a couple of remotes but none worked. .so we were forced to switch it off and use fans . TOILET SEAT WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN AND GLIDED AS WE TRIED TO SEAT OURSELVES. The washbasin tap was freely rotating and tilting ! When we asked for breakfast ( which was supposed to be free as per the offer) we were surprised to learn that there was no kitchen or restaurant of their own. Ordered food was procured from nearby food joints ( basically street shops)!! In addition, complimentary water was restricted to just one bottle! Housekeeping and maintenance- zero! SO, IT IS MY APPEAL TO YOU ALL TO REFRAIN FROM THIS PROPERTY TO YOUR LEVEL BEST....IF STILL YOU WISH TO CONTINUE. ..MAY GOD BE MERCIFUL!!
FabHotel Naman Palace
From outside, the hotel looks as if there are three floors. But it's actually only the third floor, 1st and 2nd floor were rented out. The size of the room was smaller than shown in the hotel pictures. The aforementioned points would not have bothered me, if the service was adequate. Unfortunately it wasn't. I checked in at 2:00 P.M and was informed that there are no fresh towels because of full occupancy. I had to ask for soap and water as well. The television was not working. The room service person repeatedly lied and gave excuses but I was adamant. Eventually I was told that TV would not be available. The toilet seat was filthy, had red spots on it. On calling room service I informed that these spots will accompany me during the stay and can't be removed. Fortunately, I had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. My stomach was thankful. These are tough times for everyone, the tourism industry has suffered the most so unavailability of some facilities is understandable. But keeping the hotel in such dismal conditions won't help anyone. I suggest the owner of the building to rent out the third floor as well.
