Central location, easy to access New Market and landmarks. Some guests found the staff helpful and rooms decent for short stays.

Was great experience. I stayed only for night but breakfast was so-so. Allo paratha was way to spicy. Parking is paid, water was paid. Overall experience was 3.5

Very bad place i booked room and they still made me wait 45min and manager is not in office and comes after 45mins and says no room available and says all rooms are booked but i booked online recipt showing i already booked and he says the rooms are full not nice rooms no hygiene and water supply is not available in some rooms very bad hotel

Rooms were not clean, very unprofessional services They have allocated same room to different customers also we found some insects in the food which we ordered. Fab hotels support teams also not responding properly

I recently had a disappointing stay at a hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms didn't meet my expectations, and I was surprised to find that there was no room service available. The cleanliness of the hotel also fell short of standards. Furthermore, I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which wasn't resolved despite reporting the problem to the hotel staff.

Encouraged by good reviews ,we booked this hotel online ,for our stay at Bhopal from 18th March to 19th March 2024. However ,the experience was horrifying! First of all, on reaching at the property ...they outright refused to give accommodation saying that our reservation was not reflected in their system. When I showed them the advance payment receipt,they took another 20- 25 minutes and finally, hesitatingly,gave us a room . The hotel is actually on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a shopping plaza...we were quite confused from where to enter! The room I had booked was EXECUTIVE SUITE costing me Rs. 3500/= + per day. However when we entered the suite(?), we were shocked as it was medium sized cramped up room with very old, broken furniture. Even the AC was broken and kept in shape with adhesive tapes.There was no remote for AC ..on asking they came with a couple of remotes but none worked. .so we were forced to switch it off and use fans . TOILET SEAT WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN AND GLIDED AS WE TRIED TO SEAT OURSELVES. The washbasin tap was freely rotating and tilting ! When we asked for breakfast ( which was supposed to be free as per the offer) we were surprised to learn that there was no kitchen or restaurant of their own. Ordered food was procured from nearby food joints ( basically street shops)!! In addition, complimentary water was restricted to just one bottle! Housekeeping and maintenance- zero! SO, IT IS MY APPEAL TO YOU ALL TO REFRAIN FROM THIS PROPERTY TO YOUR LEVEL BEST....IF STILL YOU WISH TO CONTINUE. ..MAY GOD BE MERCIFUL!!

In my total life of 56 years, and various places, I traveled and stayed, this is the WORST hotel, and worst FabHotels management I have ever seen. I will not recommend anyone to opt this. Abnoxious people and stinking rooms. Utter disappointment. We booked 3 rooms. We made to wait for 4 hours and told that only 2 rooms available till the next day, and asked to adjust. Unfortunately, we paid huge advance for 15 days stay. They say - cannot be cancelled and will not refund the advance. That guy warned and abused saying DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. We moved out and found another wonderful (PP Palm retreat) nearby

We reached the location at approximately 4 am. On reaching there, the manager was asleep and didn't wake up despite several attempts from his assistant. The assistant showed us a room , which was still not cleaned. We requested for another room, where washrooms were in a bad state. Thereon, we requested for upgrade and were shown another room, which was manageable but still not as per requirement and not worth the money we paid for. Disappointing experience and will advise others to never visit this place
